Turmeric Omelette with Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • Hemp salt with wild garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated raw cheese or Parmesan
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, oregano, basil mix
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté Vegetables:

    • Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.
    • Sauté the red onion, spring onion, and garlic until light brown.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:

    • In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with hemp salt, grated cheese, turmeric, and herbs.
  3. Cook the Omelette:

    • Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
    • Cook for about 10 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  4. Garnish and Serve:

    • Decorate the omelette with additional grated cheese, hemp seeds, and chopped spring onions.
