Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- Hemp salt with wild garlic
- 1/2 cup grated raw cheese or Parmesan
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon thyme, oregano, basil mix
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions

Sauté Vegetables:
- Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the red onion, spring onion, and garlic until light brown.

Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with hemp salt, grated cheese, turmeric, and herbs.
