Hemp Milk Recipe

The best way to use whole hemp seeds is to prepare hemp milk, allowing you to obtain all the nutrients in the most natural way. Hemp milk is suitable for both children and adults.

  1. Soak the Seeds:

    • Place one pack of whole hemp seeds in a container with 300 ml of water.
    • Soak the seeds for over 24 hours, or ideally until a few seeds crack and begin to sprout. This usually takes between 1.5 to 3 days.
    • If soaking the seeds for longer than 24 hours, change the water after the first 24 hours and place the container in the refrigerator. Subsequently, change the water twice a day.
  2. Strain and Rinse:

    • Once the seeds are soaked properly, strain the water, rinse the seeds, and place them in a bowl or mixing container.
  3. Blend:

    • Add fresh water to the seeds and blend thoroughly.
    • Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine strainer to separate the milk from the seed pulp.
  4. Adjust Consistency:

    • Dilute the milk according to your preference.
