Hemp mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese

Surprise your family or friends with special mashed potatoes. Thanks to the CBD hemp butter, this dish is not only healthy but, when combined with cheddar cheese and sour cream, creates an amazing taste! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 stick Hemp CBD butter
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 bunch garlic, peeled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of olive oil (to roast garlic)
Preparation

Prepare the Roasted Garlic:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic bunch and drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the garlic.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until the garlic is tender and easily comes apart with a fork.

Cook the Potatoes:
- While the garlic is roasting, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

Mash the Potatoes:
- Add the Hemp CBD butter to the hot potatoes, allowing it to melt and mix thoroughly.
- Add the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Serve:
- Serve the mashed potatoes immediately while hot.
