Hemp Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 25 g hemp flour
- 25 g hemp protein
- 1 tablespoon CBD coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
- 2 tablespoons maple or agave syrup
- 2 eggs
- 4 bananas (3 for batter, 1 for garnish)
- 100 g white yogurt
- 80 g liquid peanut butter
- 125 g rice flour
- 25 g coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- **Pinch of salt

Prepare the Batter:
- Mash three bananas with a fork and mix with all the liquid ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, stirring well.
- Optionally, add cocoa, chocolate chips, or crushed nuts (such as 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds) to the batter.

Bake:
- Pour the batter into a tin lined with baking paper.
- Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30-40 minutes.
- To check if the bread is done, insert a skewer into the center; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.

Serve:
- The banana bread can be enjoyed plain or decorated with peanut butter, whipped cream, and fresh fruit to taste.
