Hemp Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 thawed salmon fillet
- 1 lb 8 grams hemp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon chopped pepper
- Oregano to taste

Grind Hemp:

Prepare Baking Pan:
- Spray a shallow baking pan with non-stick coating. Place the salmon fillet in the pan.

Season the Fish:
- Sprinkle the salmon with oregano, minced garlic, and chopped pepper. Layer the tomato slices and minced onion on top of the fish.

Bread Crumb Mixture:
- Mix the bread crumbs with olive oil and coat the top of the fish with this mixture.

Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve:
- For added flavor, drizzle some hemp seed oil on top of the baked salmon and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
