Hemp Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 thawed salmon fillet
  • 1 lb 8 grams hemp
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pepper
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation

  1. Grind Hemp:

    • Grind the hemp tea with a coffee grinder until it becomes a fine powder. Mix with the dry bread crumbs and set aside.
  2. Prepare Baking Pan:

    • Spray a shallow baking pan with non-stick coating. Place the salmon fillet in the pan.
  3. Season the Fish:

    • Sprinkle the salmon with oregano, minced garlic, and chopped pepper. Layer the tomato slices and minced onion on top of the fish.
  4. Bread Crumb Mixture:

    • Mix the bread crumbs with olive oil and coat the top of the fish with this mixture.
  5. Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve:

    • For added flavor, drizzle some hemp seed oil on top of the baked salmon and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
