Hemp and Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Hemp brownies can be customized to your taste. In autumn, try adding apples, and in winter, consider coconut or orange peel for a seasonal twist. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cube unsalted butter
- Hemp seed oil (as needed)
Dough:
- Hemp seeds (to taste)
- 1 cup hemp protein
- 1 cup hemp flour
- 6 tbsp hemp butter
- 2 chocolates, melted
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt

How to Make Hemp Butter
- Mix Butter and Hemp Oil:
- Combine the butter with hemp oil gradually until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- For a sweeter taste, add a couple of teaspoons of honey.
Hemp Butter from Hemp Tea
- Dissolve Butter:
- Melt a cube of butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add Hemp Tea:
- Add hemp tea and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain and Store:
- After simmering, strain the butter and store it in a container.
Dough Preparation
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whip Butter and Eggs:
- Beat the butter with the eggs and add to the dry ingredients.
- Add Extras:
- Stir in melted chocolate, grated apples (if using), and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
Baking
- Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at medium heat.
