Chai Latte Hempshake Recipe

Try a new taste variation of a hemp protein shake – Chai Latte. This shake is also ideal as a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup prepared Chai Latte
  • 1 banana
  • 10g fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 25g hemp protein (BIO)
  • 50g vegetable milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Prepare Chai Latte:

    • Boil water and prepare a half-cup of chai latte.
    • Let the chai latte steep for approximately 8 minutes, then let it cool.
  2. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
    • Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Blend:

    • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10 seconds until smooth.
