Chai Latte Hempshake Recipe

Try a new taste variation of a hemp protein shake – Chai Latte. This shake is also ideal as a light dessert.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup prepared Chai Latte
- 1 banana
- 10g fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 25g hemp protein (BIO)
- 50g vegetable milk
- 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation

Prepare Chai Latte:
- Boil water and prepare a half-cup of chai latte.
- Let the chai latte steep for approximately 8 minutes, then let it cool.

Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
- Peel and grate the ginger.

Blend:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 10 seconds until smooth.
