Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Croutons
- 1 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. hemp oil
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Make the Dressing
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the hemp oil, 2 tsp. of Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk in Mayonnaise: Add the mayonnaise and whisk until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
Prepare the Salad
- Chop the Lettuce: Cut the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium or large salad bowl.
- Add Toppings: Add the croutons, hulled hemp seeds, and the remaining Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
