  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Croutons
  • 1 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. hemp oil
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Make the Dressing

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the hemp oil, 2 tsp. of Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk in Mayonnaise: Add the mayonnaise and whisk until the dressing is smooth and well combined.

Prepare the Salad

  1. Chop the Lettuce: Cut the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium or large salad bowl.
  2. Add Toppings: Add the croutons, hulled hemp seeds, and the remaining Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  3. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
