Ingredients
- 1 large beetroot (or 2-3 smaller ones), cut into small pieces
- Handful of dried mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 100g grated tofu
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the beetroot into small pieces.
- Combine the beetroot with dried mushrooms, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Beetroot:
- Steam the beetroot mixture for about 20-30 minutes until tender.

Add Tofu and Hemp Seeds:
- Add the grated tofu and hemp seeds to the beetroot mixture.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
