Avocado with Apples and Hemp

Preparation

  1. Slice the avocados in halves and scoop out the flesh, being careful not to damage the skins. Mash the avocado flesh and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Chop the apples and celery into fine pieces and mix them with the mashed avocado.
  3. Add hulled hemp seeds, chopped raisins, and season with a dash of salt, cinnamon, and hemp seed oil.
  4. Spoon the mixture back into the avocado skins and serve.
  5. Garnish with extra hemp seeds, raisins, or apple slices if desired.
