Hemp Bran for Animals

Hemp bran, also known as hemp peels, is a supplementary feed rich in fiber, ideal for horses, ruminants, dogs, and other animals. It is particularly beneficial for animals with excess weight, metabolic syndrome, or those prone to digestive issues. For horses, it helps manage conditions like colic, heat rash, and muscle stiffness.

This finely ground peel, containing remnants of the hemp seed kernel, is an excellent source of natural insoluble fiber. This fiber is essential for proper intestinal peristalsis (micro-movement), ensuring quality digestion and excretion. It supports healthy intestinal flora, prevents constipation, and cleanses the digestive system of food residues.

Hemp bran also provides easily digestible proteins (13% content) and contains all 23 amino acids. The carbohydrates are mainly in the form of fiber (75% content), which is crucial for the growth and multiplication of beneficial microorganisms that aid in digestion and nutrient absorption.

Recommended Dosage

• Horses (500-600 kg): 300-900 g per day, depending on the load.
• Other Animals: 2 g of bran per 1 kg of body weight per day.

Adjust the dosage according to the breed, age, and condition of the animal.

Storage and Durability

Store in a cool, dark place at a maximum temperature of 16°C. Once opened, the product can be used internally for up to 5 months. After this period, it is suitable for external use.
