Frequently Asked Questions about Hemp Tea
How much hemp tea can I drink per day?
We recommend drinking 1-2 cups per day, depending on the effect you want to achieve or why you are drinking the tea. If you want to get rid of a complaint, you can drink 2 or more cups.
For those who have trouble sleeping, we recommend drinking 1 cup of tea 1 hour before going to bed.
Does hemp tea have psychoactive effects?
No, by no means. The hemp varieties we use for our hemp teas always contain less than 0.2% THC. So don't worry - there are no psychoactive effects!
What is the difference between hemp tea and marijuana tea?
No, although both come from the Cannabis Sativa plant, CBD does not come from the same strain as marijuana, but from hemp. Hemp is a cannabis plant variety that contains a higher percentage of CBD and a much lower percentage of THC.
How to store hemp tea?
We recommend storing your tea in an airtight jar. In any case, make sure that the tea is not placed next to other herbs and spices with strong flavours. This will prevent the tea from absorbing other odours and flavours. Always store your tea in a dark, cool and dry place (not in the fridge!).
Does hemp tea contain caffeine?
No. Like most herbal teas, this drink is 100% caffeine-free. If you need an extra boost to get out of bed in the morning, CBD coffee is the best choice, which is perfect for this.
Is CBD hemp tea legal?
Yes, if it contains up to 0.2% THC, it is legal in most European countries, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
What is industrial hemp or industrial hemp?
Industrial hemp, also known as agricultural hemp, is a special type of hemp that is grown for various industrial purposes. This hemp is cultivated in particular for the extraction of CBD (cannabidiol) and is used in a variety of products.
Industrial hemp may not contain more than 0.3 % THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). Because of this low THC content, industrial hemp is completely separate from THC-containing cannabis strains, including medical marijuana. This means that industrial hemp has no psychoactive effects and can be legally used for industrial and agricultural purposes.
