    Dosage and Use of Hemp Oil with CBD

    • Dosage: 1 drop per day
    • Instructions: Take at least 30 minutes before meals. Drip underneath the tongue, wait for 60 seconds, then swallow. You can also mix it with fresh fruit or vegetable juices.

    We’ve bought CBD oil 10%, broad-spectrum, (no THC) 10ml by doctor suggest that we can give it for our son. But we still confused how to give it to our son. Can you give us some suggestion how to use it for our son. Because our has some health issues and doctor suggested us, to try to use cbd oil for our son with that Healt issue. In case our son is 11 years old.

CBD oil may help promote relaxation and improve focus, and we hope it will be beneficial for your son. Since every child responds differently, we recommend starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it if needed. For a 10-year-old child, a general starting dosage is: Low dose: 1 mg of CBD per 5 kg (11 lbs) of body weight per day Medium dose: 2–3 mg per 5 kg per day (if needed) For example, if your son weighs around 30 kg (66 lbs): Start with 3–6 mg of CBD per day (divided into 2 doses, morning and evening). If needed, the dosage can be gradually increased to 9 mg per day after one to two weeks. With a 10% CBD oil (1000 mg per 10 ml bottle): 1 drop contains approximately 5 mg of CBD Start with 1 drop in the morning and 1 in the evening If needed, increase to 2 drops twice a day after a week Consistency is important, and effects may take 1–2 weeks to become noticeable.
