CBD Teas
The CBD teas are approved dietary supplements. The teas contain the flowers, leaves, seeds and buds of the hemp plant, with a higher CBD content (1.6% to 4% CBD) and other cannabinoids (CBDa, CBG, CBN). CBD teas are popular and effective for migraines or sleep problems. They are also recommended as an effective supplement to CBD oil. The tea is prepared as a decoction: pour 2 dl of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the blend, steep for 5 minutes and strain. To increase the effect, add a little butter or milk to the infusion (the cannabinoids dissolve in the fat). For migraine or pain, we recommend taking it twice a day. For sleep problems, take 1 hour before bedtime. The effect is felt within 1 hour and lasts up to 8 hours.
